We engaged Joshua with Mold Busters USA in Oklahoma to assist us with mold remediation at our home. Josh was very prompt to respond to my questions and traveled outside of his service area to meet with us. He spent as much time as needed going over all of our property, answering questions, giving guidance and advice on the best route to take with this project. He did not try to give us a “hard sell” speech or anything like that. I feel the cost is very, very reasonable ($1/square foot) and there were no hidden or unexpected expenses or fees. Joshua arrived promptly for the remediation appointment, worked quickly and thoroughly, and left nothing behind. The house had a faint vinegar-y smell, which is what he told us to expect. I can tell that our AC is working more efficiently already. He has been happy to answer all of our questions and has made himself available to answer questions going forward, as we are installing a crawl space dehumidifier to finish the project. Alberto is the best when it comes to anything mold related. He is incredibly knowledgeable, communicates well, and is always there on time! I would definitely recommend Mold Busters for mold inspections or remediation!

Great Job. I’m a real estate broker here in ABQ and ran into a mold issue at one of my client’s properties that I had listed. We obtained several different proposals from different mold specialists in town and Mold Busters was able to do the remediation and treatment faster and at a more competitive price. They were easy to reach and also quick to come out to look at the property to provide the initial estimate. I have had several other clients work with Mold Busters in the past, and they have also been happy with their experiences.

Mold Busters told me there was mold growing under my floors in the crawl space and that I needed to demo my bathroom. I had another company come out and they said I did not have any mold in the crawl space (makes more sense – it’s a desert after all) and that I could clean my bathroom thoroughly, no need to demo. Mold Busters was relying on the scare factor of mold in the home for my business. Be wary of alarmism.
