Amazing company. Very fast and very thorough to get my mess cleaned up. Glad they were our first call before it got worse. They were great working through the insurance process as well. Had an emergency – a blocked sewer line that had been professionally cleaned out. The sludge had splattered on the basement floor, walls and washing machine. Thanks to the help of CJ at McFawn – they arrived as soon as the line was cleared. Erica came from McFawn and did an excellent job of cleaning everything – including the floor of the bathroom adjacent to the splattered area. I would highly recommend their service. They are very professional. Thank you again!

Erica & Justine worked very hard at Town Hall. They were beyond polite and helped out when needed. We could not access the basement and it was completely closed off to us, as it was where they were working. We asked if they could go downstairs and open the outside door, they went all the across the full basement to open up the outside door that was jammed. It’s an old building and they are doing a great job and always seem to be smiling and happy while they work. These 2 girls work fast and are efficient.

The staff of MacFawn Fire & Flood Restoration were truly a pleasure to work with. Their commitment to customer service was evident with the first phone call with Sarah. Sarah provided an informative, helpful and convincing description of the MacFawn process for mold remediation. From there the process moved along smoothly with Zach, the estimator, explaining his role and discussing the preparation and process of remediation and associated requirements. The primary staff on site, Scott and Connor, were professional, helpful, patient and provided an excellent outcome. They even provided photos as the work progressed, which I appreciated. Austin, the project manager, was excellent to work with as he answered all my questions, addressed all issues before and during the project, and was on site and in contact with me on a regular basis. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Overall, the performance of the MacFawn team was outstanding and I would, without hesitation, use their services again.

After calling other restoration companies, MacFawn was the only company that was willing to respond quickly. They have a knowledgeable friendly crew who acted swiftly to remove the water from my basement. They did what they promised and completed the job for the quoted price. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need.
