The Servpro team was great. Matt came the same day to assess and from there Ross and his teams, including Ricardo and his team, Chris, Angelica, Rodney, Sam and Jacob were very helpful, friendly, professional and informative. Ross contacted me throughout the process and helped with the insurance adjuster. He made the situation a lot less stressful. Thank you everyone for your service.

ServPro Team Fosdick deserves a 5 star review for their mitigation and reconstruction efforts at our apartment community in Niles, OH. They are top notch from start to finish and will make it look like the loss never occurred, all while making you the customer feel comfortable with the process. Do yourself a favor and give them a call when disaster strikes.

We have a second floor laundry and our utility sink overflowed, dumping water into a half bathroom and kitchen below. Jasen came out to evaluate the situation. The next day Chris and Mason were in to do some demo and set equipment to dry the area. After a couple of days they were back to remove the equipment and Bob came out to begin assessment of repairs. Everyone was professional and courteous! Highly recommend!!

Logan and Ricardo and Derek did an outstanding job moving furniture, etc. in our basement. They put everything away neatly and efficiently and returned everything to its place. A++++. They deserve a BIG raise.
