DO NOT schedule with these people. They try to come into your home with out scheduling. The techs who come out are always kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. However, the owner is a disorganized nightmare. I had this problem multiple times where techs would just show up at my home for our sprays asking to come inside before anyone ever spoke to me. I didn’t have this problem once, I had this problem three separate times. There was even a note put on my account to please call the homeowner before scheduling (because it is apparently their policy not to call homeowners before coming to your home). However, even with the note I still had techs arrive at my home asking to come in when nothing had been scheduled with me. The owner claims they only do unscheduled visits if they’re only spraying outside, but this is a lie. Each time this happened to me the techs were supposed to be inside. Each time this happened to me the techs were incredibly frustrated with the owner, rolled their eyes at the disorganization, and even said they were “not surprised.” This is obviously something that these techs deal with regularly. I am not the only one. When I called today after this last unscheduled visit, Stacia lied about the nature of the visits, the history of issues, and then hung up on me. I feel bad for the techs working for her. They’re so wonderful and deserve a more organized owner who doesn’t waste their time and put them in ridiculous situations.
