My experience with Critter Stoppers, Inc. was nothing short of frustrating and unsatisfactory. From inflexible scheduling to ineffective service, my interaction with this company has left much to be desired. Initially, when I engaged with Vinny for services to address rodents in my attic, I found his scheduling process to be rigid and inconvenient. This lack of flexibility forced me to call off work several times to ensure that I could be home when he arrived, adding unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. Upon securing an appointment, I was met with further disappointment when his approaches to resolving the issue proved ineffective. Despite setting numerous traps (inside & outside) and supposedly sealing entry points, the problem persisted, culminating in renewed rodent activity in my attic nearly 10 months later, in the very area that was supposedly addressed. Subsequent attempts to seek further assistance from him only exacerbated my frustration. Not only did he attempt to recharge me the same exorbitant price for a service that clearly didn’t work the first time. The fact that rodents are still gaining access to my attic after supposedly having it sealed raises serious doubts about the effectiveness of their methods and the quality of their service. I am left wondering how something could continually breach their supposed barriers and access my attic, despite his assurances. I anticipate him citing the absence of a warranty as a defense, but come on, I shouldn’t hear anything in my attic after two to three months of service, when I initial reached back out to let him know that I was still hearing movement in my attic, especially when his methods failed to yield any results. A warranty shouldn’t be necessary for basic effectiveness. Now, I’m going to have to hire some real professionals to complete the job. Overall, my experience has been highly disappointing, from their inflexible scheduling practices to their ineffective service delivery. I cannot recommend their services to others facing similar pest issues.

Vinny is great! I run a property management company and we have worked with Critters Stoppers many times. They always show up on time and get the job done. They consistently get good reviews from our residents.

I had such a great experience with Vinny. He was totally dependable, came right out and made sure to check on a possible raccoon situation in our attic frequently. He is super friendly and nice to talk to and made sure to communicate with us regularly; he’s been checking our traps many times throughout the past couple weeks and told us he is available quickly whenever we hear commotion. He made sure we didn’t patch up the hole too early to prevent the animal from scratching it’s way back in and sealed up many smaller holes around the property. I live overseas, but I went with the one year guarantee for this property and I definitely feel comfortable now, as I fully trust he will come right out if needed. I will definitely contact him for any other pest issues in the future, highly highly recommended!

We had a dead critter in the attic, I tried to find someone to handle it’s removal. Finally found Critter Stoppers, in our area. Called Vinny he was extremely professional, headed right over (on Saturday). Took care of removing the Racoon, found the hole and plugged it. Arrived right on time. Thanks Vinny for helping me get this resolved. I will definitely use him again if necessary.

Vinny did nothing to stop the roof rats from coming back into my house. We were under warranty which is why I believe we were not a priority as they were not making any money off of us. We had to beg him to come out; he was impossible to get in touch with. When he did come, he would just keep trapping rats instead of trying to figure out where they were coming from. I, myself, had to tell him to seal up two spots after he fought me on it saying he did…but he did not and ended up sealing them. He kept trying to blame the smell coming from the attic on the insulation when we were literally still trapping rats who were urinating and leaving droppings all over the place. 0/10 recommend. We ended up hiring someone else to solve our problem Vinny ignored for 5 months. To his reply: He was hired to stop the critters coming in my attic which he did not do. He tried to tell me there were no new rats/droppings which we have since found three rats…the smell was coming from fresh urine, droppings and dead rats. His job was not to do the insulation which I never asked him to. I have never encountered a “professional” who plays the blame game like Vinny is still doing. If I were trying to run a successful company, I would do whatever I could to satisfy my customers and scan their home with a fine-tooth comb to see where these rats were still getting in. I would also reach out to the unsatisfied customer to see what I could do to help. Neither of which has he done…Unbelievable. So glad I hired another company. Don’t waste your time or money.
