The technician came a few times to my mother’s house then missed an appointment. We called repeatedly and they never got back to us. They said they would call in 24 to 48 hours to schedule a technician and never did. The house is overrun with mice. It’s awful. Don’t use the company.

1) Your visitation report was completely illegible both in size of font (teeny) and the non-contrast of the text (practically non-existent).2) Your 800-TERMINIX is an INVALID number because “TERMINIX” has an extra digit. Also, your digitized phone number should obviously have follow the invalid one.3) After finding your actual number and giving all the required info, an automated rep comes on telling me about various offers for not one, not two, but three special offers at which time I hung up in total frustration and called my local Terminix in Woburn, MA, spoke to an excellent CS rep, Amanda, who suggested how to use another program to enhance the report. She then sent me her enhanced copy of it and said she would convey my issues mentioned in the above 3 complaints to her higher-ups. She was courteous & sympathetic and the only bright spot in my otherwise very annoying interactions with Terminix today.

Contacted Terminix based upon local recommendations for rodent control. Inspection was quickly scheduled with Daniel onsite including a quote. Agreed on scope of work, and his crew came by the next day. Rapid immediate service. Mark and team sealed off any exterior entry points around the house foundation including 2 bait stations, and placed bait and traps inside the home. Home has been rodent free for 10 days. Followup visit will occur this week at day 14. Thorough, systematic, effective so far. Thank you.

The Terminix rep that is treating my house is amazing. He is not only efficient but very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, made suggestions based on my concerns, and took the time to address what he could. I have definitely seen an improvement in mosquitos after only one treatment.

Poor delivery of services. Central customer service staff are great. Getting the actual technician out to do his contracted work is a struggle and frustrating.
