When we first bought our home near William & Mary we had roaches flying out of closets at our tenants (yikes) and APT got everything in order and quickly! We’ve been roach and pest free for over two years now. Sean at APT is very friendly, helpful and great with communicating. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have used APT’s services for about two years. Sean runs the business and we initially called him because we had ants, spiders, and cockroaches in our home. Yuck. Sean treated our home right away and over the past two years our home has remained almost fully bug-free. We have pets and a child in the house and never had any issues with the treatments Sean used. Highly recommended!

Sean provided exceptional and fast service for our mice problem in our garage. He thoroughly explained the problem, showed me where the mice were coming in, and explained the remediation to fix the issue. I felt comfortable with him as an exterminator and as business owner because he kept the client’s best interest in mind and did not try to oversell services. We’re looking forward to using Sean again this spring and beyond!

Sean is one of the kindest and most professional pest controllers around. My wife and I felt very uncomfortable in our rental house because of a rat problem. Our landlord was unwilling to help us so lucky for us we found Sean who came the next day and put us at ease.

Sean was very nice, efficient and most of all – honest and reasonable. I had a wasp issue and he came out and took care of it. I will definitely use this company again (hopefully won’t have pests but…) Very professional.

Sean was absolutely a pleasure to work with. The inspection was for the resale of my home and he made sure everything very timely and efficient to help me meet my target closing date. He reached out within 10 mins of me leaving him a message and he was able to get me scheduled the very next day. He also accommodated my work schedule and let me know when he was on his way so I did not wait around- like some companies who give you a time window. He stayed in contact with me and even explained stuff when I was curious or had questions about the process. He was also very personable and comfortable to have in my home. I highly recommend!

Great service. Sean was responsive to my initial query after business hours a few months ago in my new home and came out within a day to take care of the insect control. Just had the second quarterly treatment today and couldn’t be happier. It’s an old house that’s not as sealed from the outside as well as it could be so it’s extra prone to insect problems indoors. I’ve had no issues with bugs/spiders here at all in the past three months and I suspect it’s going to stay that way. Can’t recommend Sean highly enough.
