I love using AJC Williams Pest Control. The staff are always professional & Polite. The employee that comes out to spray is always prompt for our appointment times. He always communicates what are concerns may be with bugs/spiders. He’s honest & helpful. I recommend this company to everyone.

*Edited to remove misunderstanding on my part* Andy is super nice and professional in his presentation following the inspection, and the presentation was organized in an easy-to-understand manner. He did find termite evidence and they got it treated quickly, and since none of the tubes are evidently rebuilt after 2 months I have to say I’m happy with the treatment. Jenn is great to talk to and any issues I had were promptly addressed and she ensured she made it right. Overall, good people to work with!

They provided a thorough inspection to include many pictures to support my home purchase. Unfortunately, I was unhappy with the lack of verification to direct questions I had for the home inspector as I was unable to attend. The failure to confirm/document my inquiry greatly impacted my ability to negotiate a home purchase and will incur additional costs after the fact. I addressed this with the company once it was identified and was informed that they would follow-up to evaluate the item in question to address my concerns, but never heard back…

I’ve had a problem with mice for almost a solid year! Thankfully Andy and his crew came out and handled the problem. Even in this freezing cold weather when I was certain they would be back, I haven’t seen ONE! They really did a fantastic job and i couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommend.
