BUYER BEWARE!!!! LITERALLY the biggest scam ever! We saw one mouse and decided to be proactive. Called Terminix because we didn’t think they we could really trust smaller companies. Signed a one year contract with an $250 initial visit cost. During the initial visit, they didn’t have bait traps, so the tech put down one old school snapping trap with a few glue traps, none of which were placed where we saw the mouse. The tech pretended to spay the outside for other pests. I say pretended because the next day I saw a couple of spider webs with spiders in them and active wasp nests (both of which were on the pest list that they were supposed to treat for). I had 72 hours to cancel, so I called to cancel and the operator tried every trick in the book to get me to wait 48 hours for a “management response” knowing that it would’ve taken me out of the 72 hour window. I asked for a refund for the initial visit since they failed to complete the tasks properly. I was completely ignored, so ultimately I paid $250 for a $1 mouse trap and about $5 worth of glue traps. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Would not want someone who drives like it’s mad max in my home. Heading down E-470 at 3pm today and traffic was slowing down and a woman driving one of your company trucks nearly took me out. She then proceeded to nearly rear end several other people.

Buyer beware. They convince you to sign a year-long contract up front and then they disappear. We are now out over $2,000 for their rodent exclusion service. Their tech showed up once, spent about 20 minutes at the house- laid out a few bait boxes inside the home and claimed he was sealing our home’s perimeter. Mice filled the traps daily and we reached out to them repeatedly in the following weeks for follow-up service. No response, no return visits. Followed up with corporate and they are refusing to refund our money despite breaching the terms of their own contract.

You had to come out 6 different times and never even solved any of my problems. Couldn’t identify obvious squirrel invasion entry or exit problems unless I told you where they were. You said, and I paid for, a general pesticide spray for spiders/insects, and I still have them, including black widows roaming around outside and inside my house. You said you were going to kill the wasp infestations on my roof, but my gutter cleaner told me they are still very active and numerous…so you did nothing you promised and I paid for. I paid you $2k and got some terrible service with no results. I had to pay another company to come and do what you couldn’t. I finally saw my squirrel entry and exit in my roof and you told me that nobody could be here for 2 + 1/2 weeks from then to address the problem that you were supposed to solve weeks before that. Unacceptable. I cant sit on an obvious problem when its tearing up my house for 2.5 weeks while you get your act together. Worst service ever and I will be seeking a refund for what I paid someone else to do what you couldnt but promised to do (and what I paid you to do).

Our technician, Leroy, is pleasant and very helpful. He takes the time to explain things when I have questions, even if the question is not related to the job he is doing that day.

The inspector came and set up an appointment for the exterminator. We vacated and prepared, having to find accommodations for our pets and setting our work schedules off. They no-called, no-showed the day of the appointment as they were conveniently sick the day before Labor Day weekend, while we have to spend our holiday with our lives still disrupted. For a service costing more than $2k, I expected much more from them. They did offer a discount for the inconvenience, but the lack of communication and professionalism makes me very concerned about the quality of work they will perform. Edit: They no-showed the rescheduled appointment as well. They’ve also already charged us for the service they never showed up for. We will be taking our business elsewhere. It’s shocking that these folks are even in business at all. I would recommend to everyone I know to never give them your time and energy because they will likely take your money and won’t even show up.

Honestly if I could rate 0 stars I would. The first treatment went completely okay, but the specialist completely failed to show up for the second treatment. Attempted to call the branch manager who didn’t answer their phone, and either did the specialist who was supposed to come do the treatment. So my house ended up not getting treated at all, and your service is damn near 2000 dollars and you guys can’t even show up on time or even give me a heads up saying you won’t be here? Then the company makes an appointment to show up without even contacting me to see if that appointment will even work for me. I dont urge anyone to use terminix, you’re better off doing the treatment by yourself to tell you the honest truth, you’ll get a lot further that way too.

They no-call no-showed me multiple times. I let it drag on way too long. No one in management would address the situation after customer service tried to reach out to them multiple times over a week. Cancelled my service but still cost me a lot of wasted time.
