Company’s employees violate city regulations against door-to-door solicitation. They refuse to show the city issued license that allows them to solicit and they approach houses that have “no solicitation” signs posted. Their employees do this after 8:00 pm.

Their first visit to our house was very comprehensive and they took time to spray and go over everything. But the problem I have with this company is their customer service and their communication with the customers. The door-to-door salesman said that we could cancel at any time and their customer service department then told me that it would be a $200 fee to cancel my service. They were also very rude and belligerent when my wife called in with a concern about them coming out and spraying, a couple of localized spots. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Christopher Torscher was an excellent employee servicing my house. He did every little detail that I asked. It was supposedly a touch up and he did a better job than a full service. I definitely want him to be my service man next time.

Dont waste your hard earned $$ Eco shield is stupid expensive. I got sucked into their service contract, $250 for their start up which was supposed to be 2 complete sprays inside & out 30 days apart, then quarterly after that at $195 ea time. They came out the day after I signed up and sprayed. The tech did an okay job. 35 days later no phone call, text or email to schedule the 2nd spray. I decided to just cancel so of course they charged me another $150 to cancel the contract early. 1 spray cost us $400. 😬 I talked to several neighbors, they’re using other companies and paying around $40 per month. 🤬
