The last time our service tech visited our home he truly exceeded our expectations. Not only did he perform his primary duties exceptionally well, but he also went above and beyond by bringing our empty trash can up from the street after the trash had been collected. We weren’t home at the time, and this thoughtful gesture really stood out to me as a shining example of exceptional service.

Update 4: few months after my last update still no one is returning the 1K+ they charge me from my account after I cancelled before the first 30 days. Definitely the worst!!!. Update 3: they replied to my review with promises to do something and as expected no one answered my emails. Be careful and don’t waste your money and time. Update 2: I guess I was quick to give a good review to this company. The initial service was good, but the price was two times more expensive than Fox Pest Control. I realized that 17 days after the first service so I called to cancel the service. It took a year and a half for them to cancel the account, and they kept charging my credit card without giving me the service. A manager called to tell me that my money will be refunded and after two years and a half I stoped trying and lost over $1,300 dls. Be careful, they will be quick to take you but they are organizational mess and the service is not as good as other (cheaper) options. Original: service and follow up, thank you Jarred for your help today, great service.
