We have done business with L&L for several years. Yesterday, we had a glitch (our fault) and Tyler went above and beyond to make sure our service was completed by fixing the problem. Great customer service is hard to find these days. Highly recommend L&L for pest control services.

They gave us a great quote and took care of our house and got it ready for the buyers that bought it. They did things in a timely fashion and we’re friendly throughout the whole way. And when I was confused they answer my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable knowing what they would be doing.

Very pleased with the service we received from L&L. They treated for ants and wood bees. I was told that the ants may return even after treatment because of the amount of rain we had experienced. After about 10 days we started seeing a few ants and couple bees buzzing the house. I contacted L&L and was scheduled for a 2nd treatment. For both treatments the technicians arrived early, were very curteous and did a walk around to see what was happening and explained what they planned to do. After the 2nd treatment we have been ant free for almost two weeks. Thanks. Also, when I contacted them for the 2nd treatment I fully expected to pay for it but when the technician finished he informed me there was no charge. Thanks again. 😊 We plan to use you on a recurring basis.
