I was impressed with the presentation of my representative, Chelsea. Chelsea was very professional demonstrated by a pleasant tone of voice, displayed patience with questions asked, and was clearly quite knowledgeable regarding the services that Mitchell Pest currently offers. Additionally, Chelsea was able to start services immediately. Finally, the technician, Jarius came to the home explaining and detailing services needed with expertise and nicety. I have never had a service that cleared spider webs on the outside of the house! Jarius identified the problem quickly followed by assuring our family that Mitchell Pest Services will resolve the issue in a timely manner.

After calling several different pest service companies for quotes, I finally chose Mitchell Pest Services. After explaining my unique home and pest situation that needed immediate attention, Christy was a breath of fresh air to speak to. She didn’t try to get me to agree to an expensive contract. She understood my needs and concerns and took the time to help me find a reasonable solution. I highly recommend Mitchell Pest Services for immediate and long term pest solutions. They will be the only company I use for as long as I own my home in the Virginia Beach area.
