I just read the 1 star reviews and I am astonished about the money complaints. I can’t tell you how many times over the years I’ve asked if I could wait a few weeks to pay and they have always said absolutely, you have 30 days from the service date, don’t worry about it! Accurate review Owner, technicians, office staff all do outstanding jobs. If you have a problem they will accommodate your needs immediately and are always willing to make any arrangements you may temporarily need. I have been a customer for years and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

I strongly recommend that you do your research on this company OUTSIDE of Google. To my Military friends, please don’t do it. I’m currently making payment for the contracts I canceled due to the unprofessionalism from the owner. The judge ordered me to pay off my contracts since what happened didn’t displayed the quality of the products. Once you signed that contract then you will be hooked. I couldn’t dealt with the way the owner speaks to people. I wished I had did more research.

Jon was great! Our experience with the company I has been amazing. We were scammed by another pest company and when Jon came out he assured us the problem was not nearly as big as we were told and set us up on a plan to ensure it doesn’t get bigger. It’s not very common to interact with a company that puts their integrity above making money off of a naive first time homeowner. We 110% recommend bug masters !! Thank you for everything!

Initially had great results with them – however turns out the owner is shady and underhanded. Refused to cancel a contract due to military orders despite months of notification; when he (to this day!) can’t actually provide a copy of the contract I supposedly signed. Claims to be providing services but can’t produce any actual proof (meanwhile, I haven’t owned or lived at that property in over a year, so add potential trespassing to the list) and lies about not having had numerous phone calls, emails and getting mailed letters. Don’t believe any of these reviews on here – he buys them by offering a discount on services if you leave him a 5 star review. I feel for it at first.
