The technicians are professional, and thoughtful. The automated payments are helpful. But the service phone call reminders and ability to reschedule or talk to anyone within the company is utterly lacking in personal touch. The voicemail appointment number doesn’t connect you with anyone to make changes, or is partially cut off and an international number. Calling their phone line is worse than waiting for help at the DMV. It’s like they run on autopilot, and just want to collect their fees quarterly and move on to the next house. We only stay with them for their technicians.

Setting up the service was easy and the payment plan is convenient. The tech kept us informed about the time of his arrival and showed up nice and early. He made a point to explain things around the house we should keep an eye on. Overall, great service.

I have been a customer with Purcor for several years. They are very kind when ever I have had to call and respectful when they come to do in person service. I have an odd schedule at times and they have always been able to accommodate last minute rescheduling if needed. My carpenter ants are gone and the little black ants are at bay. Thanks Purcor!

I stopped using them. It was just too hard. They really got pretty testy unless you want to sign up for regular treatments. It was a different tech on every visit and it was really hard to actually talk to a person.

Fabulous service. I have an annual contract for ant control. On the few occasions when the ants show up in between quarterly treatments one phone call and someone is out within a day or two. The products they use are toxic for ants, not you. The gent who came out today was professional, thorough and had some helpful suggestions. Highly recommend their services!
