I have used Green Solutions lawn care for years, and I have always had personal responses from their care and tech team. They have been great… very knowledgeable and have kept my lawn healthy and looking good, despite the conditions of our Florida heat, humidity rain, or lack thereof. During this time, I have had several instances were the company has been instrumental with advising me to the best decision to address the situation. Chad is awesome and always promptly response to emails and assist whenever needed. I have recommended this company to many friends and neighbors. Green solutions has been servicing our lawn for about 2 years in our new home. After watching our new lawn degrade after several months and requesting they add more nutrients for our lawn in particular, I called and spoke with a manager, Mike. He seemed genuinely interested in helping and after explaining our issues he offered several “reasons” why we might be having problems, none having to do with their treatments. After no improvement over a few more months, he eventually came to view our property but only repeated his stance that the issues were not their treatments, but geographical issues. It’s important to note we live in a subdivision with only 15′ between the homes, and the lawns on both sides of ours, same soil, same weather, etc, were much greener and lush than ours eliminating the “geographical” excuses. Because of dying and patchy grass, we ended up replacing half of the sod about 5 months ago ($2,000). The new grass rooted well and was lush and green for a few months but unfortunately, it had started to degrade again with no modification in treatments from green solutions. I had to let them go. I contacted one of my neighbors who treats his own lush lawn what he used and he sent me a simple list of 2 fertilizers and an easy schedule to keep. I started applying fertilizer myself and within 2 weeks my grass is beginning to get green and full again. It’s looking more like the neighbors. I have them 3 stars only because Green Solutions was always friendly and willing to come back out at our request for no charge, but the bottom line is they simply lacked the ability to look at our yard and treat it successfully,

These guys have all excuses and no service. Run the other way. We installed brand new zoysia grass at our home last December. We contacted green solutions to care for fungus, weed and pest in a preventive fashion. Green solutions wanted to sell us on the care of our bushes, hedges and gardens as well as grass. I chose to have them care for our grass to determine their level of service and caring for customers. Our irrigation specialists have monitored our grass to insure that the grass is not over watered which is often an issue with lawns. From December through September, I contacted Green solutions on multiple occasions because our grass was literally being overgrown with weeds. Our lawn has continued to deteriorate over the course of time. Never during this time, has Green solutions informed me of what they were going to change or how they were going to address these issues. Earlier this month, I contacted Mr. Chad Hermida, a Vice President of this company, to have him evaluate our lawn and discuss the tremendous lack of attention to the care of our lawn and the total absence of communication regarding their services. I am confident that I now will have to replace our entire lawn. Mr. Hermida, a senior representative of this company, knows nothing of customer service and likely for that matter, what is necessary to manage a newly installed lawn. It would have been appropriate to offer a customer that has literally spent nearly $400 of lawn fungus and pest service, some sort of explanation of what care they had provided and how to rectify the situation. Mr. Hermida could have approached me with an option to visit our homesite and go over how to address this issue. Instead he said he was not willing to do so and they take no responsibility to the outcome of the lawn since it was such a complex issue. He then said that all of my statements are false and obviously, that is their approach when they have offered no service. In summary, Green Solutions offers absolutely nothing to anyone seeking lawn, shrub or tree services. There are many other options and you should choose such. I would give them zero stars if that was a possibility. They will try to write a response of false claims. The only false claims are from them. Look at other reviews similar to mine. They no nothing of customer service whatsoever.
