This was the best experience yet. We are new to the south and all of its pests and we purchased an old house with a history, our technician was so knowledgeable. He was able to identify ancient termite damage from past infestations. He explained safe pest control for our dogs and other things we could do in our yard to prevent pests All around great experience super nice guy with a wealth of information

Mr. Alonzo White is part of Massey’s team that keep our home protected from termites. And it’s employees like Mr. White, professional and courteous, that I continue to use Massey each year for our termite protection.

Massey has been fantastic. Josh surveyed our place quickly and professionally. The yard, Sprinklers, Pest control, full service. Antoine treated our soil and discovered mole crickets. The other Josh sprayed and got them under control. What a team. Thank you.

Update: I was contacted by the office manager and had a professional conversation, which is appreciated. I have restored my contract with Massey Services. I was treated disrespectfully by the “office manager” and have just cancelled all of my services from Massey. My situation could have gone smoothly – and could have increased my spending with them – but the woman I spoke with was 1) rude, with a monotone approach and 2) didn’t seem to care when I pointed it out to her. I’ll spend the same or more money with a competitor.

Joshua Schnoor & Brittany Newberry came to our rescue when we saw rodents in our garage, attic, & (horrifyingly) our kitchen. Joshua & Brittany followed that day and the next and I feel much more relieved. They have set up regular service for us to prevent this problem happening in the future. Prior to a few weeks ago, the Tallahassee office serviced my yard monthly. They were unable to control bugs from destroying most of my backyard and now weeds are everywhere. It is never the same technician, it took them multiple visits to solve issues, and they missed scheduled visits. My yard looks worse now then before they began. Update-I had a credit balance when I discontinued service and it has been about 6 weeks and still no refund check. I keep hearing the check is in the mail!

My yard was slowly dying I called Masseys on monday they told me someone would come out Thursday no one came out so I called back at noon they said they showed me someone was coming call back at 4:30 the same person that told that someone was coming today… call back at 4:30 and was informed by distant person that the guy that said was coming out was in Crawfordville I said I stayed home all day waiting for him they said we’ll be out tomorrow so the guy that told me he’d be out tomorrow I hear from him at 10:15 he said he’d be right there I wait and it’s like 11:40 no still no show so I called back Matthew and they go someone will be there within the hour and it won’t be the guy that said he would be yesterday…. I’ve been a customer for like 20 years this is ridiculous that you can’t relay a message to somebody the guy literally called me at 10:15 and said he’d be right there I haven’t seen him and now it’s almost 12:00
