I have worked with IPM a couple times, for my rental properties. They have always performed professionally and with fair and honest prices. I recall one specific instance when IPM did a WDO for a rental property I was selling. We were on a strict time crunch. Once the evidence of WDOs was found and pointed out by IPM, the Buyer felt very comfortable moving forward, and with IPM’s detailed map of areas that needed to be tended to, I was able to quickly hire a company to remedy the issues. IPM has helped me out of jams several times 🙂 I trust IPM and will work with them again in the future.

Used IPM for a WDO inspection. Professional, on time, great communication, prompt billing and responsiveness when paid. WDO report was detailed and was very well constructed. He took his time when inspecting the home and checked all areas inside and out. He found some things I failed to see when I first looked at my home he pointed out. It was a total bonus. I would use them again. I am more than happy for their service and would recommend them to friends and families. I will use them again in the future.

Paul, Rachel and Travis were awesome!! Even after a last minute date change they were able to accommodate and come do the inspection on my soon to be home. Paul was so helpful and answered all of my questions! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
