I have used BBG for years. Until this year. Had property sprayed for wasps, ants and spiders. Every window in my home was left an absolute mess because product was nort applied carefully but sprayed like a car wash. In addition heavy presence of ants and wasps remain. Called customer service was insulted, questioned as if I were lying about windows and offered no resolve other than to spray again.. BBG be gone from my list of good service providers.

Had some pests(bees and spiders) so I called up Bugs Bee Gone. The office staff were polite and accommodating being flexible to work with my busy schedule. They made me an appointment on the weekend and the exterminator (Jerry) they sent was punctual and very informative. The pricing was affordable which is a great plus. I will be certainly be calling them again if I need to in the future!

I’m willing to change this if they ever show up and do a decent job. No call, no-show twice. Ok, The owner showed up and took care of everything. Yes, the no call no shows and being three hours late was tough, but it’s done and he did a great job. Thank you! 6/10/24-The mice are back. They were supposed to be here in the morning, no call no-show and can’t reach anybody at the office. The owner finally showed at three And, although I was not rude, I told him that we were told morning, and he said absolutely not, they don’t make appointments in the Morning. He said if there’s a problem, call the office which I did and my landlord did, but there’s never an answer.

One treatment and not a bee in site. I’ve used Bugs Bee gone for years at two different locations with the same results. Being allergic to bees the quality of their service means agreat deal to me.

Glenn took the time to assess the complete problem and provided a treatment throughout the whole house. It was amazing to see the fabulous positive results over the next few days. He explained that it should last a good long time. I cannot say enough good things about their service. Fantastic !!
