Driving behind one of your company vehicles this morning made me never want to use this company. I witnessed this vehicle weaving between traffic and cutting off cars. At one point driving two vehicles in 1 lane side by side because your work truck didn’t care they were cutting someone off and kept driving dangerously putting the other vehicle pinned between the highway divider and your work truck. If these people care so little for someone’s life while driving on the road, how could their business ever be seen as credible and safe.

Don’t waist your time. I tried to get them to my house for over a month. They set a date for 3 weeks out and then missed that apt. Rescheduled for another week out and missed that one as well. Never called to reschedule after that and when I called them they said to “try a different company” as they were too short handed. The woman that answers the phone was rude too and likes to cut you off mid sentence. I literally tried to give them my business for over a month and they gave me nothing but the run around.

Found several termite activity in garage and crawl space less than two months after closing, they are not doing their job properly. If the seller used this company for termite inspection when you bought the house, you’d better find another company to inspect for termites yourself

The first tech couldn’t fit in the crawl space. They said they would call me back, I never heard from them so I hired someone else. A week later a team showed up with no call or appoinent to start work. This company has the worst communication.

Second Opinion has been my termite and pest company since 1994. This company has performed our termite inspections and quarterly pest services on both homes we have owned and has always provided excellent service. They have also taken care of crawl space issues with installation of fans and replaced our moisture barrier. Thanks to Second Opinion, we have been trouble free from pests and moisture issues. The fact that I have been with them for 26 years speaks volumes and I certainly recommend this company to anyone seeking great value and service.
