A huge disappointment. Very inexperienced crew and way too expensive. You are better off going to Home Depot and taking care of pest control yourself.

I’ve had the worst experience with this company, I thought terminix was bad but they are worse everything from spraying a vegetable garden when already instructed not to, mind you it’s fenced off. Then the next guy was just carelessly dumping the solution in spots and not others it was like dripping carelessly, I didn’t save the video but they don’t realize customers have cameras. This last time he swore up and down he came Friday when he didn’t, I was out gardening all day and he didn’t come. He came today and just lied to my face about it like my cameras don’t capture everything and then knowing I wasn’t home he proceeded to just look in my door… it’s just one thing after another, they now have a different tech coming and hopefully it’s better. We have 4 more months to this contract and will be looking elsewhere. I do not recommend this company.
