I have had Geiger’s Pest Services taking care of my houses since 2000 or before. I was selling my first home on Coquina Key and Gary Geiger (owner with his wife Julie) and his personnel tented my house and my storage unit. Their price was quite reasonable and Gary was always available if I had questions. In 2004 I moved across town and had Geiger’s people come out and inspect this house and because the older portion of this home was wood construction he recommended having it tented. Being the honest man that he is and in part because we both served in the U.S. Air Force I agreed and went out of town to visit family in GA. I signed up for the annual termite service and added the subterranean service because of the wood in the original portion of this house. I will be getting this house tented and when I sell it likely within about 6 months I will strongly recommend the buyers continue to use Geiger’s Pest Services. On my most recent inspection we saw some termite activity. The Geiger’s son is now actively involved in the business and he came out to inspect and spot treat where I saw some termite activity. I had no idea he was a member of the family as I told him, “I know Gary is getting a well earned break from the business but I’d appreciate it if he could find some time to come by and say goodbye.” At this point the young man looked me in the eye, we shook hands and said in a casual manner, “my last name is Geiger. I’ll pass your comments on to my father.” I don’t know how much other pest control companies charge but the amount I pay has remained the same for the past decade or longer. The charges have only risen once, and when it did it was raised by no more than 10%. In closing Gary Geiger developed a treatment for bed bugs. It must have been good as over the past few years he had been traveling up to New York City to treat many of the hotels there ridding them of bed bugs. I don’t believe there are any better pest control companies in the Tampa Bay area. In closing I have one bumper sticker on my car, “Geiger’s Pest Services.” The best than there are the rest.

We had an excellent experience with Geiger! We moved into a house in the area a few months ago only to find we already had a nasty termite infestation that hadn’t been disclosed to us (yay!) In the sort of panic that one only experiences seeing termites swarm in their kitchen for the first time, we reached out to a few companies and Geiger was the one we went with! Vito gave us very reasonable pricing and took great care of us and we are happy to be termite free 🙂

If you think you have a termite problem please do yourself a favor and call Geiger first! I called thinking fumigation and Pete came out he was very professional. He inspected my house and quickly informed me I had an ant problem. I am so relieved and he could have easily told me it was more than that!! Hell, the ants had wings!!! lol. Thanks Pete for being honest and professional!! Definitely will have them do my pest control to get rid of the ants and other outdoor pests!!!

They offer a wide array of pest services including tenting at competitive prices. We used them in several occasions and referred several of our clients with outstanding results. They are courteous and on time. Easy to book. Several pf pur clients also subscribe to their warranty services.

I actually was very happy with the fumigation/tenting services from Geiger’s. Everything went as Derek wanted explained and it wasn’t too expensive. However, someone apparently pulled the ceiling fan cord and basically ripped it down. I reported it to them and was supposed to have someone come out. No one has. I am aware I have an older house but the fan was in tact and working when I let Geiger in, should still be that way. So now I am trying to see exactly what I can do. Be wary of the contract they have you sign about things getting damaged. Had no idea something would even have a chance to be damaged inside the place. Just bad customer service on this one.

We have had Geiger’s for years. They were recommended to us when we bought a piano. The piano store used them and highly recommended them. Geiger’s is always prompt, thorough, professional and responsive.

I called Geiger’s after reading a review on Reddit. Great service! Everyone I’ve talked to is responsive and punctual. I just bought a house and they were able to schedule the fumigation quickly. A few other businesses I called had long lead times. Besides that, Geiger’s had the best prices. A few days after the fumigation, I noticed a dead animal smell. Totally not what you want to come home to when you just bought your first house. Something was in the crawlspace when the tent went up. One of the technicians, Tony, was able to come out same day and remove a dead opossum from under there. Thank you Tony!! I hope I don’t need your services again, but if I do I know who to call!

Geiger’s came by my house to address some termite concerns that I had. The tech pointed out that I had old pocket holes where the old termite feces could blow out of and show up. I was convinced they were active termites, but they eased my mind. I’m glad I did my research before calling them, they are definitely an honest company and I will be calling them the next time I have any pest concerns
