We have had Suncoast Pest for approximately 3 years.. loved them until recently… they didn’t show the first time..made sure they had an update number and they were to come out today.. after 27 min late (it happens I get it) I called and they still had the wrong number in their system… spoke with an incredible rude lady who told me I was on the roster for today…it was apparent that I was inconveniencing her…the gentleman just showed up and he was top notch too bad the front office was soo bad

Micah came in for my 6 month semi annual treatment. This is not the first time he’s come to treat my house. He’s always incredibly personable and kind. His customer service is always on point!

Micah was very unprofessional. Before we even talked about the pest issues we were having, he wanted to give me a price quote. For what? You don’t even know what we’re dealing with yet. He said it would be $1,800 to spray for pests. This is way overpriced for the work needed to be done. Then, he explained all of his personal problems to me. He also asked where my husband was. Why is that important? I felt very uncomfortable. Did not use this company & will not in the future.

I recently called to re-up my yearly services, and the woman who I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. I had every intention of renewing, but after 10 minutes on the phone with her, I decided to look elsewhere for services. She rudely hung up on me at the end of the conversation and seemed annoyed that I was asking her questions about the services they provide. Terrible customer service experience.

I have been with Sun Coast pest control since 2016 and they have successfully killed termite appearances without the need for tenting. I am extremely satisfied with their work. Micah Green is the service tech they most often send to my home when the termites make an appearance, and I am always treated like family. After so many years, it is always a pleasure to see him.
