I saw a big black snake in my front yard in October 2023 that’s when I called them. Whoever answered the phone said that they would do initial treatment for $499.00 which should include searching for the snake, possible nesting, and eggs. None of this happened. The guy just sprayed the yards and initially he was going to spray for moles and asked me I’m here for moles, right?!. After the initial treatment, which was not done properly, there was a monthly spray service that cost $89.00 a time for 8 months until June 2024. After getting all that money $ 1,211.00 , I just found a snake skin sheds in my yard yesterday 06/22/2024. Terrible experience. Attached are the pictures of the snake sheds that I just found and the picture of the snake that I saw last year.

I have been trying to get a call back from Critter Control so I can deal with moles. I’ve paid my monthly bills. Have been promised three call backs, but no one calls back. Service is terrible.

We hired them last September to get squirrels off the roof, which they did. We paid $1400 for it and now the squirrels are back on the same place. I called multiple people but haven’t heard from anyone to schedule a tech to come and have a look. Very frustrated and dissatisfied with this company. Update: Matt, the manger finally called me today after numerous attempts. He said since I dont have a warranty they will need to charge again. Be aware they will not come back to fix the problem, even if you pay for a warranty its only good for 1 year. And they’re not a local company, big chain. What happened to “we stand by our work”? I will never use them again.

I am writing a review for a recent experience I had with Critter Control of St. Louis, Missouri. My experience with them was extremely positive. The issue I had was with a racoon that had taken up residence within a gutter soffit of my house. Troy and Dru came to may house the following day, inspected and found the entry and exit point of the racoon. Troy and Dru did the following on the first day: 1. Installed screens around all house vents and gables. 2. Ensured that there were no other entry/exit points around the house. 3. Installed a one way gate where the racoon was entering and exiting, installed chicken wire near the one way gate to ensure the animal could not bypass the gate, and installed a camera to track the whereabouts of the animal and to indeed prove that the animal was entering and exiting where it was originally thought. The one way gate was designed to allow the racoon to leave but not re-enter the area. 4. From there, I waited a week. 5. One week later, Dru came back for a follow up visit and performed the following: a. Showed me the camera footage of the racoon trying to reenter the soffit via the one way gate but not being able to. b. Repaired the entry point by replacing the entry soffit area with painted metal flashing and removed the chicken wire. c. Removed the installed camera and even remembered to put silicon sealant in the drilled holes on the roof shingle where the camera was. d. Lastly, re-secured another soffit area at the end of my house that had gotten loose because of the racoon. All in all, I was extremely happy with Critter Control of St. Louis. Dru did an excellent job, was very thorough, friendly, and informative. I would definitely recommend Critter Control of St. Louis, MO.

Gentleman for initial visit very professional and efficient with explanation and details – 2nd young man came let me know he was here and when finished setting trap -3rd guy did not let me know when he arrived and asked him to knock on back door when completed- he did not and what he put up to cover the hole looks horrible!! I am not pleased only because of the finished repair was not what I was expecting!
