A tall male claiming to be from Moxie rang my doorbell at 8 pm tonight soliciting. This is unacceptable.

First off, let’s start with the salesmen that this company has. I had a guy come to my door as I was getting out of my car. Hadn’t even gotten out and he was already riding his little hover board over to my drivers side. He asked if i was “the king of the castle” and I politely told him I wasn’t interested, as I needed to get back into my very pregnant wife who was being induced the very next morning at five. He said he would be brief, and I politely declined. He then proceeded to ask who my current pest company was. I told him I needed to get inside. He winked at me, and smiled, and have a great night. Next morning I go onto a flooded back yard. My faucet where my hose goes was on full blast. Flooded my whole back yard. Not saying this person did it, but it did seem a little suspicious. Don’t answer the door for these pushy and arrogant salesmen. Get better tactics.

BEWARE of this company!!!! We had a salesman come to our home yesterday who was VERY unprofessional. When I told him I did not want the service I was happy with my current pest service, He proceeds to threaten me and my dog repeatedly and even tried to blackmail me!!! The sheriff was called out and he told me that the salesperson was in the wrong and should never have come onto my property with no trespassing signs posted everywhere. I questioned whether he was indeed an employee of Moxie because he refused to give me an email address or a business card. When I tried to contact Moxie to tell them about the incident, or ask if he is even an employee I was put on hold for 20 minutes and basically dismissed. I have tried calling them back several times but they always tell me I have to talk to a different department and they will call me back. I have received no callback. Moxie obviously doesnt care about their clients or their clients safety if they are hiring people like this. I will be reaching back out to the sheriff to notify them of the dismissal.

After purchasing our first home pest subscription, Moxie was out the next day! Upon of arriving at my home I really appreciate how thorough William & Manny are with their work! They let me know everything they were going to do and even answered a lot of my questions before I even had to ask! Very friendly and professional! I watched them both work hard and didn’t miss anything! We are very excited to get rid of the wasps, ants and spiders Thank you Peter, William and Manny!

I don’t normally write reviews but I was very impressed with my specialist Travis today. Very nice guy and even took the time to explain to me exactly what he would be doing and let me know when he was done and asked if I had any questions. It’s nice to see some companies still take pride in customer service.

These guys send their “sales” people door to door. They lie and say they are with the management company when clearly they aren’t. They say they handle the pest control. Little did this guy know our management company already took care of that and paid for it. He then tried to say that they were doing prep work because the carpenter ant infestation was going to spread. He said it was going to get really bad. Train your team to be honest.
