The office staff and technician were great! They answered all of our questions, provided useful information and education on our issue with carpenter ants. Our technician Dave was on time and did an excellent and thourough job! I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I highly recommend Turner Pest Control for any and all of your exterminating needs!

We wanted a one time Ant control service. They charged us $150 and said it would take a day for all the ants to go away. Two weeks later they are still in three rooms in our house. Binghams states that they do not guarantee their work unless you sign a year contract contract and spend $405.

Great service BUT be ready to call several times to talk to someone. I’ve left several messages and never gotten a reply. I had to just wait till hours of operation and try try try. They eventually answer and then its all gravy!

Bingham helped me solve a big problem. We meticulously care for our home and property in St. Pete, but rats are a common issue in Florida. At the first sign, I called Bingham and now I have an annual contract with them. The manager, Peter was instrumental in organizing and implementing a plan – I am personally grateful to him for taking charge and helping us.

Corey McLendon is the service manager here that conducted our pest inspection for a VA refinance. Not only was he right on time for the appointment, he was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. We are happy we chose to work with Bingham and would recommend them to anyone in need of an inspection. This veteran family got plenty of respect. ALSO, Alicia was wonderful as well. She followed up with our appointment time and we received our inspection results the same day.

Ants,, spider..could not get rid of them! 1 treatment….not 1 ant nor spider. Didnt think it was posdible. TY!

Veterans Beware!!!!! You won’t get any respect here! If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. 1. And most importantly they have no respect for veterans and their families. 2. Trish is beyond RUDE! 3. Their inspectors are rude. We refinanced our home through the VA we were told from the start we were not responsible for paying for the pest inspection. This company knew this from the get go and still agreed to complete the inspection. The man that did our refinancing either quit or was fired at the very end. Putting our refinancing payouts in limbo. I tiresomely tried to contact the last people I had emails for none replied and phone numbers were dead. I kept Trish in the loop as much as I knew she knew. But that wasn’t good enough for this company only a pathetic 60 dollar payment would do justice. I finally contacted someone completely not related to our refinance but with the same company to get some help. He didn’t have to help me but he did. Trish was told she would get her money in 2 weeks. A month and a half passes I assumed all had been paid but alas Trish makes another threatening phone call saying she is charging my card on file cause no funds had been paid. Luckily I cancelled the card a month prior due to switching banks. I then contacted the refinancing agency again he said he was sure funds were dispersed but he would look into it. Again a few weeks go by nothing from Trish so I assume all is well. Then again she rears her ugly attitude again this time telling me I need to call and deal with this. So I contact the agent again and he gets his manager involved who PERSONALLY pays the bill out of his own pocket because he obviously respects the sacrifices my husband made for his country more than this company does. So I assume with a copy of receipt for payment in hand that all is fine. But no an hour after emailing Trish letting her know I was still working on this and an hour after payment had been made Trish decided to send an email threatening to send a disabled veteran to collection over a measly $60. Now this is screaming SCAM! I don’t doubt they got their money from the corporate office of the home loan agency in form of check and I don’t doubt they recieved their money from a generous man unrelated to the refinancing process. I have the proof of that atleast. But this company obviously just wants triple payment for a pest inspection preformed half assed and rudely. So much so that they would threaten sending a disabled veteran to collection for something ALL READY PAID. Scam artists, and no respect for veterans. Pathetic company and Pathetic employees. I have half a mind to report them to real news real fast and I still might yet.
