We have been using Best Pest for over 10 years for carpenter ants that appear almost every spring. They are extremely responsive and will come over and over until the issue is resolved. Courteous and on time employees too.

Technicians Ben were great! They explained the process well, shared before and after photos and pointed out what alterations were made to the ductwork to allow for the cleaning. There was no cleanup necessary for us after they completed their work. Great job Best Pest Control Services Somerville, MA!

Charged me $250 to spend half an hour applying ant bait that I can purchase online for $25…yikes! Bought the stuff online and will save my $$$ next time.

For the first time at our 3-family residence, we had mice. We tried another exterminator and were unhappy that the mouse population was increasing and nothing they were doing was working. I asked Best Pest Control to give the situation a 2nd set of eyes and they were terrific. They arrived with a different way of going at the problem and, although mice can be difficult to get rid of, we saw results quickly. I thank Rich at Best Pest Control. Not only did he do a great job, but he kept my tenants feeling confident that the problem would be solved.

10/10 for this company. Quality, honest service is more important that anything to Best Pest. I had a small invasion of ants in my basement recently. I was out of town and my tenant called to tell me. She was very upset! I got in touch with James @ Best Pest and he asked that my tenant bring to his shop a sample of one of the dead ants. My tenant did exactly this. After an examination of the ant, they turned out to be innocent “citronella ants”. James said they would be gone by the end of the day, and they were! I asked how much I needed to send him, and he said “no charge”. This is service I have not seen in a long time. Thanks, Best Pest!

Best Pest is the best. We had a mouse problem and Cameron came thru for us. No problems for a long time. Then about 7 months later we spotted a little mouse poop. Even tho our warranty had expired Cameron came thru again and did a quick check and resealing as a courtesy. Very professional and capable local business. Many thanks.

James was professional and courteous. He arrived in a timely manner as preconfirmed by the office. He confirmed his findings with my property manager. I would defnitely recommend their service.

We had a contract with them to help us mitigate a rat problem around a house in somerville. They were not bad people just never helped the root problem, kept cashing my monthly check though. I paid them monthly for a year and half, maybe two years. When the rats found their way into my house, that was it. I called a competitor and had the house mitigated of any potential entry points, was a one time fee and my issue was gone. The neighborhood still had rats but none were on my property
