I had Shane and Michael come to our cabin today in the Shelton area. They were both very kind and professional. They also provided me with knowledge in regards to how our rats were getting into our crawl space as well as providing solutions to keep them out which they performed as well as providing repairs. We are on their quarterly schedule too. Shane and Michael also found an area of our siding that is open to allowing pests to come in, they will help us repair this as well. They also assisted us with the sugar ants we currently have in our cabin. I highly recommend this company to you!

Shane was awesome! He called me back after hours and was at my home the next afternoon ready to get to work! Excellent customer service, professional and on time, and did exactly what he came here to do… kill wasps and hornets! He even took care of some spiders and did a perimeter spray. Thanks again Shane and I will definitely be calling you for all my pest control needs in the future.

10/10 recommend Madrona Pest Control! Shane & Nicole are an absolute delight to work with. Nicole was so knowledgeable and friendly! I asked her about 50 questions on the phone and she answered them all easily and with grace! They were able to get me on the schedule quickly! When Shane arrived he was amazing, very respectful, and full of knowledge as well. I look forward to working with them plenty more in the future, and will be recommending them to everyone I know!
