These guys were hired by the apartments where I live. They have been spraying every two weeks since March for bedbugs! The apartment manager knew there were bedbugs in our unit before we moved in! We’re having to remove our dogs from the unit for 4 hours every two weeks! The method they are using is clearly not working! Because we still have them ! Not even a follow up to see if they were dead or how we’re doing! We seen one of their employees on camera in April just standing there on his phone! Not doing anything so we were out of our unit for no reason! They give a time they will be there and show up late! Then when I call they tell me they can’t talk to me? So we hired a different company and man what a difference!! No more bedbugs!! Thank you purcore! People please stay away from viewcrest village apartments in Bremerton Washington!! They do not give a damn about their tenants!!

Stetson is our guy,he service’s the property I am a maintenance supervisor at.He is always so polite and on top of his game,he is very thorough in his job and notes,always checks in to see if we have anything extra,and always reports back before leaving property and let’s us know of anything we need to do.Stetson is all around the best technician we have had since bringing on stop Bugging me as a vendor.

An amazing job completed by Paul. Rats were coming into the property externally. After just one visit Paul had found the route and stopped access. He completed a follow-up visit too. A real professional I cannot praise him enough.

We recently noticed we had carpet beetles in our apartment. Our property manager hired Stop bugging me pest control to fumigate our apartment to get rid of them. Part of the fumigation process is we have to be ready to vacate our apartment for 2-4 hours after the technician arrives and make as much of the carpet clear and accessible as possible. we were given an arrival time for the tech between 7am and 5pm. At 4pm i called our property manager and they talked to the tech and called me back saying his GPS had him at our apartment around 430 but definitelywould be there befor 5pm, at 515 with the tech showing or hearing anything back i talked to the property manager again, they called SBM and they didnt answer the phone. So my wife and i wasted an entire day waiting for a tech who didn’t show in an apartment we completely rearranged to make the carpet accessible. And despite asking SBM we could never get a better ETA then between 7am and 5pm. This is a very unprofessional company with zero communication.

Had a great experience with an employee named Anthony while down near Pike Place Market. Not pest related, but made me feel great to interact with him. Left me with a smile and if I do ever have any pest control needs, I hope Anthony would be available to help me!

Stetson the technician is the absolute best. He really goes above and beyond in making sure we have everything we need as well as walking us through the process through any issues. He currently covers 2 of our other properties and just recently took on our third property. We requested Stetson to come specifically to our third property because of how GREAT it has been working with him at our others!! A huge thank you to our awesome tech!!!
