We had bed bug problem. We initially used another service but the problem persisted as if no treatment was done. I decided to try BBES. They were very thorough, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They took their time to inspect and treat. We saw great results with the treatment,. We noticed after a few weeks that the problem wasn’t completely gone. BBES gave me prior worning that this may happen. They came back as soon as I informed them and retreated the problem area. I recommend them.
