Fraud. We paid thousands of dollars for a heat treatment which not only melted our water filtration system, electrical wiring, bubbled the paint and caused our Subzero fridge to break down, but it didn’t even work! This company refused to effectively resolve the ongoing infestation issues and was argumentative and dismissive of our concerns. After 6 weeks of attempting to come to a fair resolution, in which they are entirely unwilling to resolve satisfactorily (even though they are in breach of the warranty), we are seeking legal action.
