Tim Knowles does a great job taking care of my termite and bug control. I have been using him for a couple of years and I will use nobody else. No bugs or termites since I have been using him. His work is flawless and cost is way below most of the big companies and you definitely get your monies worth. He is a great person with a great personality. He loves to talk which is fine with me. I had a flea issue after rescuing a stray kitten which only stayed for 2 days before finding a home. I called on a Saturday expecting service later the next week at best.. Tim came out and took care of the issue that day. Tim was very friendly and honest. I would highly recommend his services.

missed appointment, did not call back. of course you will pretend you do not know me now to clean your bad reputation, and the reason I leave a bad review is because you DO NOT answer my calls, but I see your lack of professionalism and customer service, no thanks I will go find a reliable company. last but not least, how come you have time to respond to all your bad reviews but have not time to attend to your appointments, perhaps you need to spend less time on your phone/computer buddy.

Amazing! Came out same day for last minute cleaning needed. It was like anew home. He was very easy to get a hold of, answered calls and text. And then called the next day to do a recap to make sure I was happy with his service and gave me tips on how to keep bugs out. I will use him every time and recommend him to anyone look! Not the mention the AMAZING PRICING!

I met Tim when he came to do the pest inspection required to purchase my new home. My realtor recommended him. His inspection was thorough, his advice was invaluable, and he had my best interest at the heart of his suggestions. He didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services and even told me how to treat ants by myself with a low cost product. I highly recommend Mug-A-Bug!
