Not impressed so far. Today was my initial treatment for a MAJOR ant problem and I feel I was promised a ton by phone to get me to sign the contract, but in reality I didn’t get 50% of that. The technician who came out was very nice but rushed. We were the last appointment of the day and the job was not as thorough as promised. I had to direct the tech instead of him going above and beyond to hit every area of my house. I expressed the need for a whole house treatment by phone and was told don’t worry. They skipped doing my daughter’s closet and it was FULL of ants that flocked there because it was not treated. There are other areas of my home that were omitted. No care to ask about any other issues we had even though I was told we would receive treatment for multiple pests. I will give this company a chance to make this right. I do believe the products they use are good. But they need to do as thorough of a job as they promise by phone to get your money.
