Legolas was awesome! Showed up within 5min of the appointment time. We have lots of pets (dog, cats, birds, etc) and Legolas had a detailed knowledge of how each treatment would/wouldn’t affect each kind of animal. He was able to give me detailed knowledge of available treatments and was prompt and respectful about my decisions. Also, their customer service line is quick and informative! IMO the prices are beyond fair, especially if you purchase a service plan. Fantastic people, lots of knowledge, wonderful service!

A rep reached out to me the next day I published my original review. They got a tech out to the house quickly to retreat the lawn. Great service, deserved their 5 stars. Original three star review. Removed several problem nests but failed to treat the lawn enough to destroy several small fire ant mounds.

I’m not usually a fan of people knocking on my door for sales but these guys are friendly, informative, and professional. Rand was great from the sales side and got me signed up for service. 2 days later, the technician, Martin, came out, relayed a lot of the same information to me about the service and what it covers and the terms of their agreement and everything. He was very informative as well and did a fantastic job servicing and explaining the process and expectations for activity. Thank you guys for a great experience. I highly recommend this company so far!
