Steve, Eric and the entire office of service techs and customer support are spectacular. Less than 2 months after an indoor treatment, there were issues with roaches inside my rental property. I requested them to assess the issue. Zero communication after the first treatment or the follow up assessment. I had to follow up myself a few times just to receive conflicting explanations from the technician and the supervisor. Now I am questioning if anyone actually did the treatment at all. Not happy with the quality of their service nor their lack of communication. Will not use their service again.

We have been using Orkin for the three years we’ve been in our house. They recently tried some forceful sales tactics which left us looking for a new lawncare and pest service. We have had a problem with small black ants coming from our garden to the house. Orkin wanted to sell us insulation after being called out for the ants!!! On Monday I inquired, via their website, about the product they use. If it were lagoon safe and nitrogen free. 15 minutes later I received a call back, and an appointment was set for Wednesday afternoon for an initial inspection. By 8am Friday morning, a technician was at our house treating the property for the ants and other pests. 5 days! On time, great prices and the epitome of professionalism.

Today Chad saved us from a potential catastrophe. We are new customers and today he went to our new house to spray the ants and noticed the pool service guy had left the hose in the pool the day before and it was overflowing! We were out of state and if it wasn’t for him our new home of 3 weeks would have been flooded. Nobody would have noticed for a week. Thank you so very much for turning off the hose and calling us. Love this company already!!
