Jean and his guys are top notch. I had my house tented for termites the fall of last year and had them resurface again in the spring. Jean was apologetic, never having seen this in his many years in the business, and prompt in having his guys back out here to re-tent. However, it turned out it was a different species of termite resistant to the tenting requiring him to hand us over to other professionals specializing in this type. He provided a full refund. I will continue to use him and his guys. You won’t find friendlier, more prompt and honest business out there in my experience.

By far the best company I’ve ever had the pleasure to interact with. We’ve had our home 7 years now and have used this company since day 1. They are extremely accommodating with scheduling, easy to get a hold of, fast response times, and very thorough. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are truly amazing!

Prompt, straightforward, and as of month 3, so far so good on the bug front. Update: Saw our first bugs return after 9 Months! Jean came out and promptly treated the property again. Not only is the product better than every other pest control company we’ve tried, but Jean is also kind, understanding, and stands by his 1 year guarantee. I wont use any other pest control service. Do yourself a favor and call Alafia. You’ll be glad you did.

What I thought was a good thing turned out not to be so great. I initially started service with alafia last year. And the initial service was great. We obviously paid them for the year for treatments and called one other time this April 2023 they came out but after that crickets (no pun intended) I recommended them to so many people in my community. But as of September this year I called countless times left vm’s with no response. I did receive a text 10/9 (or the week of) stating that they were on vacation. I understand business owners have personal lives but I received no follow up. I called again this week Monday to be exact left another voicemail and sent a text still with wanting to renew our annual contract even with being ghosted because I try to show grace but its disheartening and disappointing because I was a big fan of the pest treatment on my home because it is a nice size and had no problems so I was excited to continue service. Anyway they have a great treatment but I had to switch to a different company because of the fact that I was not able to get contacted back. It sucks but best of luck.
