Leroy and his team are hands down the best pest and weed control service out there. The customer service here is unparalleled, honestly, in any service they do. No matter what the issue, HiLow has showed up immediately when we call, with small issues or seeming emergencies. They have gone above and beyond caring for all aspect of our acres of property; we’ve used other companies here in Reno in the past and the comparison is just embarrassing for all the other companies.

Leroy, Bill and Tony have all been awesome. We had a bat issue and Leroy has come out to help us and give us suggestions on things we can do to deter them from roosting on our house. They have also been helping us with mice and with ants. They are very responsive and very helpful with everything. The best pest service I have used!

Leroy with HiLow came and did weed control for our non-profit organization. He was friendly, professional, and explained ahead of time what he’d be doing. Then afterward, he told us what to expect from the results. While he was working, he saw us struggling with trying to move and load a heavy desk into a pickup. He paused his work to come and help us move it. Over and above! 5 stars!

Had an issue with a pesky woodpecker that was destroying my stucco under my eves. Called Bob who was very efficient and gave me a synopsis of their services. Leroy came out and observed the situation over several days and identified a couple of solutions. This team of experts not only help resolve the situation, but also recommended the most economical solution. Would highly recommend their services

Leroy and Bill are great to work with, as well as the technicians they hire. We have been extremely happy with the service they have provided for several years. They helped us eliminate infestations of mice and weeds, and have helped us keep our trees healthy as well. Additionally, their prices are competitive and definitely worth the investment. I highly recommended HiLow.
