I used CAD for three properties for weed pre-emergent. We had so many weeds. I contacted them on May 7 and received a call back on June 5. It was a very expensive service that we thought would be worth it, but I cannot recommend.

These are the absolute nicest people and really care about their customers. They do a great job, are very considerate, have great prices and don’t try to charge you for things you don’t need. Wouldn’t even consider calling another company.

Our family has been using CAD for our home for years. We absolutely value the professionalism, the quick response, and the knowledge of all the creepy crawlies. Charlie has been our technician these past few years, and he is amazing. He takes the time to explain our “pests” and is very knowledgeable in the needed treatment, the breeding times of insects/spiders and is just all around fabulous. Our home has been treated for ants, spiders and pests that get into our fruit trees and we have had no complaints. I always appreciate a company that is friendly, prompt and very experienced. CAD, and their whole team, has been amazing. Definitely recommend, and we would not go anywhere else.

The ladies in the office and Mike are super friendly and helpful. Had Mike come in and spray for ants inside my home. When a new ant problem happened, I called and he was back to do it all over again. Update: the ants will not stop coming in. I’m very upset that I spent so much for them to keep coming back. I’m pretty sure someone is wrong and the ants are under my house. But Charlie is awesome and super helpful.
