Thank you Big Time Pest Control for your 5 Star Service. My Sister in Law lives in Corning, CA and was unable to leave her house for over a week due to Wasp nests on both entrance areas of her house. Karolyn knew exactly how to help her. She made her feel comfortable and was able to solve the problem of the Wasps and also to the overall inspection of the house and solved some unknown problems that will be beneficial with time. Thank you all for your professional service. My Sister in Law is happy and thankful to be able to go outside again. Karolyn deserves the 5 stars.

I enjoyed working with Keith this morning. He showed up on time and was very professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered all my questions and it was easy to see that he enjoyed his job. If I ever need your service I would request that Kieth be the tech to do the work.
