This place is an absolute SCAM!!! Stay away!! I had someone come a week ago to take an “assessment” of my house, it cost $272 which was fine. They told me once they have the report they will come back to do the treatment. Well it’s been over 7 days and not one person will return my phone call and no treatment has been scheduled. All of these google reviews are FAKE- worst company ever.

Many thanks to both outstanding staff, Vivian Chiu, extremely responsible client service rep and technician, Fedde Gao who is a real pro in this industry. Once I reached out to Viv, she would remembered by heart and set up the appointment which perfectly fit my schedule. Fedde looked for all possible gaps and sealed them up such the pipe underneath the sink. So detail oriented, unscrewed the electrical switches wall plates and put the spray into it. Amazing! Boss please give them a raise. I’m the customer who usually don’t provide any review. But this type of service I had to say something to their boss. Valuable assets to the company.

Dont use these guys. Used them for a nearly $3k structural service and techs left debris and dead bug parts behind. When asked them to clean up after themselves, they accused me of asking for a deep cleaning of my house. Use 211 pest control instead – cheaper and no attitude.

I really appreciate MMPC for helping me out all the way from Santa Monica for identifing what bug it was that I found in my hotel. I believe it was 1 am eastern time when they did a quick response. I didn’t want to bring unwanted critter back home . Thank you.
