We have been long time customers of Independent Pest and have been very pleased with the services they provide. We had a rodent issue years ago and they addressed it very thoroughly. Since then, we have quarterly visits where they address any emerging pest issues, as well as provide preventative treatments. They are reliable and their customer service is great!

Great customer service. Quick response times. Experts in their field. I heard sounds. I saw indications of rodents. I set a trap and caught a rat inside my house, but that didn’t address how they got into my home. A call to Independent Pest Solutions solved that issue. They set up an appointment just a few days after my call. “Scott” arrived and went into my crawlspace. He immediately saw the ingress point and covered it. He set additional traps and returned a week later for follow-up. I was impressed with “Scott’s” dedication to detail. He even used bootie covers coming from the outside to the inside of my home. A++ to them!
