Ever since Hurricane Ian, we have had a terrible problem with palmetto bugs. We have dogs, a cat and several parrots at home, so some pesticides can be deadly to them. Alex came in and assured us that the animals and humans would be fine after the treatments. We had no problems or ill affects from the chemicals, but I can’t say the same for the bugs. They died. We now can live in our home without those uninvited pests. Thank you Alex and Bug Patrol!

Alex Licea came out to our boat yesterday to let us know what type of insect was on it and even though he doesn’t treat termites he made a call to another company and set an appointment for us this morning. Class act and very prompt!

Been using Bugs patrol since I moved to Florida over 2 years ago. Very rarely ever see any bugs in my house. Get a text from Alex 2 weeks before they are due and they are always here when they say there going to be. Love that if I ever have a problem they will come out that day and take care of it.

Alex and his helpers have all been extremely helpful. They are very professional, and thorough. Whenever we have had a new issue, they come out right away and work on it. They take the time to explain how things get in, the signs to look for and more. We never have bugs in our house and it is very large, 5 bedrooms, three baths, etc. We rent out half of the house to groups so you would think we have problems, but we never do. Everyone exclaims how clean and bug free it is. We r on a small canal and have two ponds and three acres, with animals. We never have anything getting in, except the occasional gecko. We would absolutely trust them to treat our house even if we r not here.
