Absolutely love David, he is always so nice and very professional with a great response time. Anytime another company comes and offers their service, even if it’s a little cheaper for the first 6 months I always say no because I could not be happier with my service. I have a lot of rock around my house and not having to worry about spiders is huge for us.

Ben with Crosstown Pest is great. He lets me know when he is on his way. He is very professional, and he follows up with me to see if my service was satisfactory. He keeps the mice at bay, which is hard because we live near a field. He reminds me the night before that he will be there so I know not to let my cats out. He cares. That makes me happy. His prices are reasonable too.

David is so great! He remembered from months ago that I have an area to avoid due to my gardening and bees (and he had only been here once before). Always does a great job, and let’s me know when he is on his way giving me plenty of time to get around. ZERO complaints. Thank you David!!
