My experience with this company was disappointing. After my initial lawn spray and checkup I signed up for service. However, my second appt was upsetting because I watched the person park at my residence, apply the lawn sign, and then sat for about 10min and drive off! I called Petri to cancel my service and was still charged for that visit! I called Petri again and received no apology or credit of my charge. Very disappointed with the integrity and customer service.

The first question I asked before signing up for their service was if they cover both inside and outside, and she said yes. When the exterminator came he only did the outside and when I asked about the inside, he said “we only treat the inside.” That is not what the girl told me. So I had to have him come back another time to “treat” the inside. But I am still having the same problem for 6 months. I tried to cancel my service but they said I am in a contract, so the manager came out to “take a look,” but nothing changed. I don’t really know what I am paying for, besides them cleaning the webs off my windows. They also show up without telling me, when they are supposed to make an appointment first. I do not recommend this company at all!!

**Since Petri did not respond to my Arbitration claim, they are no longer eligible to use the AAA to arbitrate, so that clause of any contract a customer might enter into with Petri is currently meaningless. Just another indication that there’s really no good reason to use Petri with so many other options available.** **Petri did not contact me about my experience as their post stated they would, and they have not properly answered my arbitration claim. So my initial comment is confirmed. Petri does not stand behind their work– and given the quality of work that i received, I can understand why.** Petri does not stand behind their work. I contracted for termite tenting through Petri. They farmed it out to World Pest. World Pest tented my house with a tent from 1955 that had an 18″ gash in it. My neighbors’ children probably took in more Vikane than my termites. I asked for a refund, and Petri refused. They offered to tent again–with the same shredded tents, I don’t think that’s customer service. Admit when you have done sloppy, low quality work, and make it right! I have an open arbitration case with them seeking refund + lost costs. I wouldn’t trust them to do any work for me–or my neighbors and friends.

We have had Petris service our homes for the last 10 years, BUT AFTER TODAY and the last few months I will NEVER use AGAIN!!!!!! It all started last December when our normal tech stopped working for them. They do not show up when scheduled, then we reschedule THREE times but still don’t show up. After I told them DO NOT come to our home again because I was not sure if I want to use their services again, they show up without notification only spray outside – forgot to bait rat boxes and send a bill. Then after a few months we decided ok, maybe they got the kinks out of all the new employees so we’ll try them again. Today the tech was supposed to be here between 12-2. I called and spoke with the receptionist she tried calling the tech and said he didn’t answer but she sent a message to him to let us know when he was on his way, that was at 12:10.pm. at 2:00 no tech no phone call. I called the office at 2:29 they were closed already – It’s now 4:00 – no phone call – no tech – They have lost our services – one customer may not matter, but I wanted to let others be aware – We all have busy lives and Saturdays are days that we do stuff that we can’t do during the week – how inconsiderate and not responsible can a company be? Your loss another companies gain-

I would like to commend some of the fine folk that work at Petri. Kayla Barton in Customer Service is just a pleasure to do business with. She is professional, courteous & a true problem solver. Technicians Dante & Mr. William also deserve praise. They are a breath of fresh air in times when people seem to forget just how to be nice. Thank you all for being my Petri Team!

Stay AWAY from PETRI for home fumigation! Gave us an ETA of 3pm-6pm never showed until 9:30pm and woke us up to do House tenting at that hour of night!! Made 6 calls to office and still no return call from Manager. Girl in office said he cant call us due to 6 percent on phone! 4 days have passed still no call from Petri! Horrible customer service. Has to call another company! O stars for petri.

Ever since Rockit Pest company bought/acquired Petri it has been an absolute nightmare! I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone for 3 weeks, I’ve been overcharged, the pest control service has become poor and unkept. I’m very disappointed as Petri used to be wonderful. New owners please contact me! I sent an email with my info. Petri, I HAVE contacted via phone and email and no response!

Great company. Their technicians have a passion for their work and it shows. One of their technicians named John came out and was extremely helpful in explaining the issues that I was having. He was able to solve my problem and went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you.
