Dereck and his team were responsive and comprehensive in helping us get rid of a roof pest problem. They were able to get back to me and check the situation the same day and followed up with visits to address all aspects of the problem – getting the pests out, sealing up any ways for them to get back in, cutting back tree limbs and clearing other leaves from the roof. Very happy with the service and highly recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with the work done for us by Action Pest Management. Dereck resolved a longstanding bat infestation in our attic, carefully closing all possible entry points and humanely removing the bats with one-way exit tubes. He also installed a new chimney cap to replace a poorly secured one that had blown down. Dereck was courteous, professional, and communicative from the first phone call through the completion of the job. It was a pleasure to do business with him and wish every experience with a contractor or service provider could be as positive.

The company managed a mouse problem in my dad’s home and helped us to close out a robust bat population from the attic, so that it could find a new home. I had a mice infiltration issue in my home and called Action. Dereck, their master tech, came out to assess the situation and plug every hole, seen and unseen. It’s not an exaggeration to say that he went over the property with a fine tooth comb to find every possible point of ingress and then patch them all with high quality (and lowkey) material.

This is an amazing company. Dereck did did a great job in removing skunks that had taken up residence under my mobile home. He came to my house the day after I had called and returned every day until the problem was solved. Definitely knows his business when it comes to this type of problem. We had a hornet nest underneath the shingles and flashing of our home and Action did a great job. They called me the same day I inquired, and the gentleman who came out Seth was helpful, professional, and very nice. He was out spraying the same week we called. It only took one time and the hornets were gone from our home. Highly recommend!
