I tried three different exterminators, all of which failed and I wasted a lot of money. When I called these guys they fixed the problem instantly, we’re super nice and showed up right away. I would recommend them to anybody.

My step daughter called us around midnight in a panic bc of a suspected bedbug problem and the bites she found on her body. She and my wife were already dealing with other stressful issues at the he time and this one put them over the edge. I recalled meeting Kevin Prag, (owner of integrated bed bug removal) at neighbors birthday party so I reached out to him to see what he could do for her. Kevin asked some questions and then reached out to my step daughter and wife to do the same. His demeanor, professionalism and confidence immediately subdued the emotional stress that he two were going through as he explained his process, his rationale, and his expectations. Kevin was by far one of the best finds we’ve happened upon in the service industry. We are lucky to have had made his acquaintance and its no exaggeration that my wife called me her hero for finding Kevin to fix her bed bug problem. Well done, Integrated Bed Bug Removal!

We found a problem in my parent’s place in Pittsburgh and needed to coordinate resolution from out of state. I initially left a message which was promptly returned same day and I was able to schedule an inspection and the first part of the service next day. So easy! Kevin was responsive and helpful and kept me abreast of the situation and provided potential costs and plans for removal. Great service! And hopefully resolution of the problem will be completed after the next session.

Kevin came out to do an inspection for possible bed bugs. (He didn’t find any evidence.) He spent time explaining various options (dogs), and why he felt there was no sign of bedbugs at this point. I appreciated his patience, and his generosity with his time and professional experience. (As part of a no-cost initial inspection!) I’m relieved he didn’t find bedbugs; I would certainly recommend Integrated to anyone with a possible bedbug issue. (Anytime someone is honest enough to say “you don’t need our services”, that’s a double relief.)

To my horror I discovered bed bugs in my bedroom.i called several exterminator’s, Kevin got back to me within 24 hrs. He came out the next day an inspected my home, an gave me an estimate. He answered all my questions, he was very patient. He understood my horror an disbelief. He let me know my options (I chose the best) .Two weeks later he came back to start the extermination (he could of started the process sooner but I was leaving for vacation right before I discovered the bedbugs).Then two weeks later he treated again. I haven’t seen ANY bedbugs since he treated. He has literally saved my sanity. Kevin is a professional who conducts himself as such. He Very knowledgeable in his Craft. Kevin was professional, responsive, and always on time. I never imagined that this would happen to me. He took the time to answer all my questions, even when I called him a couple times after he completed the treatment. He was there to help us ever step of the way to rid us of this horrible problem. I’m a little obsessive, so when someone mentioned getting some bites while staying at our place, we decided to call to have a professional check, just in case. Kevin was so kind and patient with me while he checked the house and even though there were no signs of bedbugs at all, he stayed answered all of my questions. We found bed bugs in our one bedrooms shortly after an out of country vacation. I called 4 different exterminators. I emailed Integrated bed bug who responded the next morning and came out that same day for an inspection and estimate. That was 2 weeks ago. I’m still waiting for the other 3 exterminators to even call me back. Integrated bed bug treated our house within 2 days of estimate and just did the second treatment 2 weeks later with no signs of live activity. Thorough explanation of services, what to expect and future prevention. Highly recommend their services. I hope I never have to use their services again but sleeping better now knowing our house is clear and would definitely use them again if I need to. Felt like they really cared about me as a customer.

Always pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, always on time. Doesn’t show up in Ghostbusters car or outfit. Treatments do the job.
