Very easy to work with. Professional. Took care of my rat problem. I tried many others and wish I started with Diamond Rodent Proofing first. They found many openings that the others missed. They sealed them up.

I have been using Diamond Rodent Proofing for almost one year and am disappointed to report that my experience has been a very poor one. They charge a significant upfront flat fee in exchange for a guarantee that your home will become rodent free for a period of time, usually one year. Unfortunately for me, they have been unable to fulfill that promise, except for a four month period when the problem was temporarily under control. I remain well within the guarantee period they have promised me, but this unfortunate rodent problem still persists. Worse yet, Andrew McKinzie and and his spouse/partner Ashley have stopped returning my phone calls.

These guys show up on time. They are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough! I felt so comfortable around these guys and Chris really does a wonderful job reassuring the customer and keeping them updated on the progress of the solution because that’s what it finally was with these guys a solution to my problem I’m so thankful for them doing exactly everything they said they were going to do. Thankyou so much to Andrews team if guys for being so awesome and handling the matter at hand and leaving me with the peace of mind if knowing I no longer have to keep worrying about the issue reoccuring or shelling out any more money to the wrong places and remedy’s…. I’d recommend then all day! Thankyou again I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful proffesional company with such personable employees. Very friendly happy crew of guys. Pretty cool! If there was a way to add 10 stars I would. This company outdoes every competitor out there. Andrew and Ashley have something special in how they built their business. Their customer service is second to none. Their guys are super knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and friendly. We had rats get under our house and had used another company to abate the problem, which proved to be a waste of time as they never solved the problem. Andrew and the guys worked diligently to identify where the rats were getting in and ultimately won the battle. I am so grateful to them for taking such good care of us and HIGHLY recommend Diamond Rodent Proofing. They are truly the BEST!

Rats are terrible after trying a couple of different businesses the rats were Winning they were just everywhere it was a nightmare I finally called Diamond Rodent Proofing If you need to get rid of the rats call them first I tell you he came through Andrew nice guy he came through here he showed me where they were coming in that he showed me what the other businesses actually at we’re creating more channels by not a ceiling the house and it was an experience for me am I am I love Andrew and his crew they were friendly they were great he shut that house down told me to seal up my food and we got rid of them ratsHe was just so courteous and so kind and very aware of my being I was just devastated by these rats and he just shut it down he shut them down and it was really a problem Andrew thank you so Much love to you are the best true professional Thank you diamond rodent proofing
