I called to have spraying for cockroaches. They came on time, sprayed, but I still had bugs. Called again, the lady fussed about it said it had been over 30 days, which it had not. But finally settled to come spray again, which they did. They left little sticky boxes each time to catch what may be left. It’s now the 28th of March, still have bugs, Called again this morning and was told they should have sprayed each month. The first time was near the end of January. They have actually sprayed each month. Now they want to charge again. You have not gotten rid of the bugs yet, Why would I pay you to come spray again?

I called to get an idea of cost, how to set up service, etc. I had to ask lots of questions as the woman on the phone wasn’t exactly helpful in providing information. It’s a shame because I wanted to use them, they could work me in sooner and had comparable rates to other companies, but honestly, after that first interaction I decided to go with another company.
