Excellent customer service combined with compassion and empathy! Sue provided us with a free inspection to help identify and rule out the presence of indoor insects, and I am so grateful for her expertise. She was thorough and efficient, and truly checked every little nook and cranny. I would absolutely recommend this business, and will call them for any future pest control needs.

So grateful for Jerry and his company! We had a random issue with mice in our home and I was extremely worried about the situation. Jerry was able to get me on the schedule quickly (despite how busy he is!) and arrived early to our appointment. He was very thorough in checking every possible area that the mice could be coming in and was able to place bait/traps where my animals wouldn’t be able to reach it. He explained everything thoroughly (Jerry is extremely knowledgeable) and by the time he was finished, I felt 100% confident the situation was taken care of. He is more than fair in his pricing as well. I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone having issues with pests! Thank you Jerry!

I moved into a new home that was infested with what I learned were Oriental Cockroaches. I wanted an exterminator that would take care of the problem the first time as I didn’t want to risk trial and error. Based on other great reviews and the fact that Jankowski Pest Control is a family-owned business, I called Jerry. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and confident he could eradicate the roaches and he did in two treatments. I now know more about the differences in roaches than any homeowner wants to know! His fees are very reasonable. I signed up for the quarterly indoor/outdoor treatments and he arrives on time, if not early, and always works around my schedule. A relative rented a new house that had another type of roach problem. I recommended Jerry and she called him for advice. Because the rental company had a contract with a large exterminator business, she couldn’t use Jankowski Pest Control. But Jerry advised the other company which chemical to use, and they followed his advice and she is now roach free. I highly recommend Jankowski Pest Control for their expertise and excellent customer service.

I call Jankowski when I see the first line of ants walking up the side of my house. That is the last I see until the following spring. He is amazing. Before Jankowski my cat has to share her fancy feast catfood with the ants. No more. She is so happy not to have to share.
