Pratt Pest Control is my go to! I wanted a smaller, company to work with and luckily found Pratt Pest Control. They are affordable, friendly and the service they provide is exceptional! Monica was able to schedule us in same day I called which is a blessing. Jeff came out did a proper identification, let us know what it takes to get the job done, his recommendation on how often to treat, pricing and he answered all of our questions. We also had another young man come out, I believe his name was Owen, to treat yellow jackets August of ’23 and he did an incredible job as well with identifying, walking through treatment and was even able to treat same day he showed up. A couple weeks passed and the yellow jackets came back, Pratt Pest Control came back out and treated again the same day I called. I highly recommend this company if you’re reading this review and I will continue to use them in the future! Thank you Pratt Pest Control team for helping make my life easier in these unforeseen gross situations of homeowning!

I believe his name was Cory but you will know. He was great right on time and he did exactly as we discussed. Very friendly and thorough on the job. Did a great job of taking care of the bugs. I have not hardly seen an insect around or in the house since Pratt started treating the premises. Good job guys.
